PXIe cards drivers shows missing when communicate with laptop using thunderbolt

Hi guys

I tried to use PXIe-8301 to communicate with my laptop through thunderbolt, but the NI Max shows all the cards' drivers are missing.

How to solve this problem?

Could you please check if you have installed the driver for all the cards?

Please share a screenshot of the software installed on your laptop by expanding the Software tree item in NI MAX.
