Hello,
We have PXIe-8880, we bought new SSD and installed Windows 10 on it. After install is finished we keep getting random BSOD. The error is always the same: Critical_process_died and it cannot create a dump log (Dump is stuck at 0% and then restarts). After restarting from BSOD the SSD isn't visible in BIOS as bootable drive. We always have to shut down power and then reboot to get to OS.
I tried updating BIOS to newest version, installing all necessery drivers, I even tried reinstalling Windows to clean version without drivers but the problem keeps happening.
Has anyone seen similar issues?

After the new year, we will be doing the same to all our systems. Sorry can't help you now.
How did you load WIndows 10 on the system? Using the recovery disk?
Thank you.
