PXIe-6341 is not detected by NI Max

Hi,

There is an issue with the PXIe-6341 module that we use for I/O in our multiphoton imaging system. Apparently, the PXIe-6341 module is not detected by the NI Max software and also the "LINK" LED in the PXI chasis (PXIe-1073) is off (only the PWR LED is green). We tried updating the NI MAX software, checking the connections of all the cables, and also connecting the PXIe-6341 to a different PCIe slot, but still could not resolve the problem. Any suggestions for fixing this issue? I have attached images showing the error messages shown in NI MAX and also an image showing the PXI chasis with only the PWR LED turned on in green.
