PXIe 5413 pulse generator range

I have some question about pulse generator "sample rate" range.

I am trying to make the long pulse (~up to second range) with PXIe-5413, but if I set longer than 50us the pulse doesn't fall down from the peak voltage even at end time. 

In datasheet of PXIe-5413, it seems sample rate can be very low, so I think there is some other problem in my case. 

Please let me know about what should I do for longer pulse.

Can you post exactly how you are trying to make the pulse currently?  Are you using LabVIEW? Python? If LabVIEW, please post a screenshot as that will allow us to see most specifically how the device is configured.
