PXIe 4139 Extended Range Pulsing

Hello. I would like to use the extended range pulsing function of the SMU NI-PXIe 4139.

I can't find any example on how to use this. 

Any help would be very much appreciated.

You can use this(I think it is the same for previous versions of LV)

This example - Demonstrates how to set up an SMU to use Single Point source mode, but use triggered measurements. Use this example to source a single voltage or current, and then monitor the output by measuring it using a trigger. Another device must be sending triggers to the specified input terminal for this example to work.
