Hello,
Need your brain.
I have a PXIe-1065 chassis connected to a PC via a MXI (PXIe-8360, PCIe-8362). MAX sees the PCIe-8362 but doesn't detect the PXI chassis. The PC Device manager also doesn't see the PXI chassis and has a PCI bridge error code 12 "This device cannot find enough resources that it can be used. If you want to use this device, you have to disable another resource in the system". The LINK led on the PXIe-8360 is also off.
This system has worked before. I've tried the correct power sequence - power the PXI chassis before the PC - didn't work. The MXI cable is good and installed correctly. NI PXI Flatform service 14.0 is installed in the system.
What else should I look at?
Thank you.

Hi,
This could be a compatibility issue with the BIOS. Please refer to the following document on Error Code 12:

Additionally, here are some other MXI issues to follow up with if the above does not resolve the issue.

I ran NI updates and installed 2 critical patches. It solved the problem. However, the patch note indicated that PXIe chassises should not be affected, so I am still not sure what is the root cause of the issue.
