PXIe-1062Q and GX5292-H problem

I have a PXIe-1062Q chassis connected with PXIe-8360 mother board and I am trying to control GX5292-H Marvin Card but I got error code like "No Board Found" i try to connect with other PXI chassis and it work fine. I think the PXIe-8360 and PXIe-1062Q not compatible but I am not sure. Can you tell me what might be the problem?

When you said it worked fine with other PXI chassis, are you using the same PXIe-8360 MXI controller, GX5292-H card and host PC?
