PXI Cardbus 8310 - PC communication problem

I had been using a PXI-1050 / Cardbus 8310 / Dell Lattitude D810 system for data acquisition. There was a problem with the laptop port-cardbus interaction. It was needed often to plug out and in. In the last few days it was not worked to repeat this operation and I have forced the card to the port to provide the communication. Finally  I could achieve the communication by bending the outside part of the card towards upper direction when it is plugged in the laptop.

 

Unfortunately the card makes the PC freezed now. As soos as I plug the cardbus8310 in the laptop, the cursor freezes. I tried to plug the card to an HP-compaq NX8220 and NX6125 laptops. The results are the same: The card freezes these laptops too.

 

Is the card damaged? Is there any solution of the problem?

This is not expected behavior.  Contact the RMA department at 877-493-2406 to discuss your repair options.  Please have the Serial Number for your card ready as it is needed to look up the device information.  Hopefully this helps!
