PXI 8145 RT memory problem

Hi guys,

I always lost the respond from my PXI 8145 RT (on PXI 1031 chasis) during deploying process or before running. When I  try to observe what is happening I found the free physical memory decreasing during this process from about 4.5MB to few kilo bytes and then the target stop responding.

How to fix this problem?

Is it always the free memory around 4.5MB?

how to clear deployed projects?

Please provide any tips/refrences help on this issue

Hi there,

How much memory do you have installed in your PXI? 

Could there be RT executable running at startup with the PXI which may be causing a memory leak? You can investigate the possibility of an executable running at start up from here: Methods to Prevent a Real-Time Executable from Running at Startup

After long journey of formating the controller, the same proble is occuring. No startup apps.

Are you able to generate a MAX report for your RT PXI system and post it here?

You can get this by finding the system in MAX, right-clicking on the system and selecting "Create Report..."
