PXI 1042Q Configuration

Hi, I am using a PXI 1042Q but the MAX does not recognize it. Previously, I right clicked on the PXI System icon and the controller for the 1042Q is not listed anyway. Do you know how to add the controller to this list?

which controller are you using and which operating system is used on it?

do you have the latest PXI Platform Services?
