PXI-1033

The PXI-1033 was working without any issues and powered down normally. Now the PXI-1033 does not switch on. The PWR light does not illuminate and the fan is not operating. How can I troubleshoot this issue please? The power supply shows no sign of powering up.

I disassembled the unit, but found nothing serviceable - the power supply could, though, be easily replaced if the part is available. There are some PXI-1033 available on line for spares.

Based on the user manual troubleshooting tips, Power Supply could be dead.

I would recommend reaching out to NI Support to check if you can purchase a replacement power supply to fix it yourself or you can send the chassis to NI for repair.
