PLL could not phase-lock to the external reference clock

i am getting an error in NI 5622 digitizer PLL could not phase-lock to the external reference clock.i am using daisy chaining the multiple NI 5665

What is the error code that you are getting? Also, what is the rate of the external reference clock? Does the external clock meet the Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) External Reference Clock Specifications that can be found on page 13 in NI PXIe-5622 Specifications?
