PCIe - 8362 not able to see in ni mx software

I have inserted PCIe 8362 in my pc. I have installed pxi platform 19.5 and ni daq 19.5 in my pc. It runs on Windows 7. I am not able to see this card on ni MX software and neither the chassis. I have attached an image of the specifications of my computer. The light of the connector to which chassis is connected is glowing green. What should I do??

Was an issue with the pcie slot in my pc. Got resolved
