One of two CAN Port doesn't work

Hi,

Today i was trying to make a CAN Loopback Test with the VI from National Instruments but I didn't succed. I thought I had the Interface names and yes I  had them wrong.

I looked in the RT Hardware Configuration and tested every port and the Port1 is ok but the Port2 apparently not.fail.PNG

Does that mean that my Can port in my PXI-8512 Card doesn't work and there is no way I can fix it?

Or could it be that I didn't installed the right drivers?

Could it be a "software" problem?

What would you do in my place?

Thanks.

Regards.

 Here it is.

HwConfig_2018-07-18_13-50-53.png

Interface Name: CAN1
Transceiver: High Speed
Transceiver-Name: Unknown
Baudrate: 125kBaud
Status: Failed

Verification failed; double click 'Status' for more information

When I do double click I get the following text:

Error code 7, identifier 0
Software problem occurred. This error occurs when a test can not communicate properly with the hardware and software installed.

Please restart your computer and re-run the test. If the problem persists, make a note of the numeric code included with the computer the error is reported and contact National Instruments.

Thanks

Regards
