On board memory on PXI

I have a PXI-6552 and PXI-6551. I no longer have my PXI chassis.

Is there a way I can determine onboard memory by looking at the board, looking up IC datasheets or serial numbers?

On the PXI-6551:

There are 4 Samsung chips per board with identifier "SAMSUNG 537  K4S641632H-TC75"

One of these chips has a sticker with a bar code and "E81011" on it.

The chip next to it has a sticker with a number that reads "189876E-05"

On the PXI-6552:

There are 4 Samsung chips per board with identifier "SAMSUNG 537  K4S641632H-TC75"

One of these chips has a sticker with a bar code and "E92DF8" on it.

The chip next to it has a sticker with a number that reads "189876E-02"

Thanks for your help!

Aaron

Hi Aaron,

I looked this information up in our system and found that both of the devices you own have the 8Mb/Channel memory option.
