Noisy waveforms from pxi-6552

I’m using the pxi-6552 Digital I/O card at its max speed (100MHz) and I am having problems generating a clean waveform. I have NI proprietary cable and interface board connected to the DIO card and probing directly on the headers on the interface board. The cable is about 3 feet in length. Does anyone have any ideas on how to either generate a cleaner signal or clean up the signal I am generating?

Can anyone help with this?
