Hello everyone,
I'm trying to use Instrument Studio to control my NI PXIe-5160 oscilloscope
Although the scope works occasionally, I frequently get internal error messages such as:
"Internal Software Error occurred in Scopes software. Please contact National Instruments Support.
Component Name nihsdrk
File Name sourcetopazBasetTopazADCPhaseParityCalibration.cpp

The module is installed in a NI PXIe-1071 chassis, controlled via a NI PXIe-8370 (MXI interface).
While all modules appear in NI MAX, the chassis itself is not recognized:
A NI PXIe-5413 generator in the same chassis works perfectly in both MAX and Instrument Studio.
I've already tried repairing and reinstalling the drivers via NI Package Manager, but the issue persists.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem or found a workaround?
Kind regards,

I just realized that I’m getting different internal error codes as well. Another example is:

When it’s “working,” the scope also frequently loses the signal during use.
