NI PXIe-2525 Topology configuration problem

Hello !

I am using NI PXIe-2525 with a topology configuration of "2525/2-Wire 64x1 Mux". However, using the Soft Front Panel, the topology seems to be 4:1 despite what the HW Utility showing 64x1. When I switch relays k0 to k3, all is good, but once I move to k4, switching the relay k4 on/off is not doing anything. I tried to reset the Configuration data, still the same.

Any suggestions anyone ?

An update: I tried to run REPAIR of the NI-SWITCH via the NI Package Manager and it came back with 81 items "Unable to repair".
