NI PXIE-4139 error and red indicator

Hi, my NI PXIE-4139, give out red indicator and pop-up the error as below :

As per the documentation, Red light indicates an error and the channel is disabled.

Try resetting the instrument, disconnect the terminals and run your application (test program or code that controls the 4139), ideally, you shouldn't see any errors. Now, connect it to your setup and rerun, if you see the error, there is some dependency on the setup to the error.

Looks like you're using the 4139 with remote sense (based on the wires in the connector), try configuring it to local sense in the code to see if that helps.

In the worst case, it could be a real hardware issue that requires NI's support.
