NI DC Power: Events: Measure Complete event

Hello All, 

I would like to use the Measure Complete event as a trigger for external, bench top measurements). I can route the SMU trigger to my HSDIO and see it, but the max pulse width is 1.6us.

Is there a way to slow down the trigger to increase the pulse width? My bench instrument needs >2uS.

Another option is to use the trigger out on the embedded controller, but I have not figured out how to access it.

My backup plan is to use an additional SMU to trigger all the measurements(PXI and Benchtop)

Looks like you're going to be limited with the 1.6us width. Alternatively, you could use one of the bench instruments to be the trigger source and route them through the Controller SMB connector.
