Hi,
Are there any drivers for the NI 5641R PXIe board for LabVIEW 2014?
I could find the drivers for LabVIEW 2013 (available here) and I could install them too on another PC.
Indeed, I am trying to port a 2013 project into LabVIEW 2014 but I miss these foundamental drivers.
Thanks

Hi tommpogg,
You are right, the lastest version of 5640R driver is 1.7.
Although there is no driver version for 2014, you could try the following workaround:
Can I Access My FPGA Target From LabVIEW 2013 64-bit?

I know this KB is talking about LV 2013 64b but the procedure is the same:
Using LabVIEW 2013 to build the project and create the bitfile for your application, then try moving over to LV 2014 to run the host application calling that bitfile.
I am pretty sure this workoraund is the only way to solve the problem.

Hi Álvaro,
Unfortunately I cannot use LabVIEW 2013 and 2014 at the same time, due to licensing reasons.
So, either I'll have to switch back to LabVIEW 2013 or I'll have to find another solution.
Thank you
Tomaso

Hi Tomaso,
Trying to help you I would like to know what kind of restrictions you have with the license.
Unfortunately the only way to use NI 5640R drivers in LabVIEW 2014 is compiling the code in LabVIEW 2013 as I told you in the previous post.
Best,
Álvaro
