NI-4081 DMM - is it possible to perform a VDC ratio measurement

I have a requirement to perform a DC voltage ratio test (i.e. measure two voltage simultaneously and divide the results).  Is this somehow possible with the PXIe-4081 since it is a 4 wire system?

The 4-wire is only for resistance measurements (drive and sense).  You will need to switch to the first signal, take a measurement, switch to the other signal, take another measurement, and then do the math.  Of course, I am assuming you are using a multiplexer (MUX) and/or Crosspoint Matrix (XPT) to connect your DMM.
