Measuring a high power signal

I'm trying to configure a system for a new project.  One of the signals I need to measure is 3.3V, however, the signal also produces just over 6 Amp for 20 W of power. Can the PXI DAQ modules handle it?  Or even the PXI DMM module?

Can you tell us more about what modules you are using and why you need to supply that current directly into the module?

I have not selected a measurement module yet. One of the output voltages I need to measure, is 3.3 V.  This output also produces 6 to 7 Amps of current.  I am not interested in actually measuring the current as much as the voltage.  The only modules I've found are only rated for 2 Amps or less.

There are no NI modules that can take that much current; you will need to transform the current down or make a voltage divider.
