HI,

I am working on PXIe 8133 for my project and I am getting an error (please find attached the document with the errors) when I try to open MAX. 

I looked for similar issues in the following link -

which asks the user to follow the steps for Windows XP and Vista. I am using Windows 7 so I want to know if I can follow the steps for Windows Vista? 

 Also do I need to reboot the system to safe mode? The PXI and Lab View are installed in the system on which I am working

 Since I am new to PXI I do not want to do anything which might worsen the current situation.

Could anyone please help me.

You can follow the steps for Vista and also regarding the reboot mode it is not as critical as you think. Since the PXI is using Windows 7 it behaves similar to any PC.
