MAX hangs after updating to 2015 SP1 Suite with PXIe-8381 in a PXIe-1082 chassis

MAX version 15.3 and 16.0 hangs after selecting devices and interfaces. System ran fine with LabView 2014 suite. Also hangs after trying to generate a report. NO report or error logs to share.

Hi,

 

Have you tried to re-Install MAX?. This is the lightest pakege that contains MAX, install it and let me know how it goes.

Problem resolved. I had 2 issues.

1.) The USB-845x update was not on the latest ditribution, installed latest version to clear an incompatability issue.

2.) The FAM 6584 I had was defective. The only way to detect was by opening a reference project and point to porperties/status to show the FMA had an error.
