Here are my thoughts on the issue moving forward:

Is this happening when you try to add the target to the LabVIEW Project? Here is the process to add a RT target to the project.

If you're unable to see the device when trying to add it to a project, let's go through the following:

PXI Real Time controllers do not behave the same as DAQ devices and nonRT PXI systems where you can see them in LV code. A RT target is accessed by creating a LV project and selecting the appropriate target.
