How to check the specific variant of PXIe VSA

I have been trying to figure out the exact variant of PXIe 5663E in the chassis from the computer (embedded controller). For instance there are 7 variants of PXIe 5663E, each with different specifications such as on board memory, instantaneous bandwidth and so on. Is there a way to find this out somewhere in the software or driver installation in the computer? Also is there any actual hardware differences between these variants other than just merely software activation to enable and disable the capability of the hardware?

Thanks for reaching out. The part number on your 5663E should denote which one it is on the site you linked. It should be located on a sticker somewhere on the card.

But what about checking the size of on-board memory of PXIe-5622 digitizer. Is there anyway to tell what's the memory on board by navigating NI MAX?
