How can you tell find which channel on a PCI card gives which I/O?

I'm completely new to using NI products, and I have to set up a Pine Biopotentiostat AFCBP1 in LabVIEW. The machine communicates with a PCI-MIO-16E-4 (PCI-6040E) card. I was wondering how you differentiate which of the 16 channels controls what on the machine? Thanks in advance.

Hi iibtc

In the Pine Ciopotentiostat AFCBP1 manual on page 4 there is a table that gives a brief summary of what each channel does on the 50 pin connector. The following pages describe a little further each of the channel types.

Assuming that you are using a 68 pin-to-50 pin cable adapter to connect your PCI to the device, the channels should correspond to that on your PCI-MIO-16E-4.

Let us know if it works for you!
