Host isn't starting with a NI PXIe-1073

I have a PXIe-1073 (with a PCI-5122 in peripheral slot 3) attached to the host computer via MXI. The host turns on with the PXIe turning on, as expected, but the host computer appears to be stuck in purgatory. The screen only shows the Windows logo, along with 'Starting Windows'. It's been on this screen for a couple hours. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There could be many different reasons that your device isn't working. The questions I would have further would be:

1.) Has this computer ever worked with the device before? If so, what changed?

2.) Did you boot up the PXI before the Host computer?
