HART Communication works in PC serial port but not in PXI 8430 port

Hi All,

    Iam using PXI -8430 (2 port RS232) in the PXI chassis PXI 1042.

Iam using HART communication to communicate with our instrument ( with HART serial modem) using third party software.

Iam able to communicate with the instrument via the Serial port in PC.

But Iam unable to do it using PXI serial port .

Why is this strange behaviour?Is there any additional setting I need to do for that ?
