Fault Lights in NI PXIe 1065 Chassis

I am using NI PXIe-1065 chassis with PXIe-8840 Controller. I have installed PXI-6509 cards, PXIe-6738 and PXI-6255 cards. While using NI PXI Chassis System, my display when blank and the Red Light was active on PWR OK/ Fault Status.

I checked the power and tried to turned ON the system. The PWR OK Light is green and is only blink once, after that nothing happen. During that Chassis fans work for a second and turn off. Can anyone tell me how to fix the issue.

Two front panel LEDs that show PC status:
– DRIVE LED— Indicates when an access to the internal hard disk is occurring.
– PWR OK/FAULT LED—Indicates the controller status. The LED indicates one of
the following states:
• Green ON steady—PXI and onboard power is on and within regulation limits.
• Green BLINKING—One of the onboard power supplies is operating outside
of the normal limits or the system power supply is out of regulation.
• OFF—The controller is powered off.
• Red BLINKING—The controller detected a power rail fault when trying to
boot
