I AM USING NI PXI. IT  IS INSTALLED WITH FPGA.

SO HOW CAN MAKE PROGRAM TO TO ACQUIRE A ANALOG SIGNAL FROM OUTSIDE AND STORE ITS VALUE IN THE FORM OF TEXT OR LVM . SIGNAL IS CONTINUOUSLY CHANGING... SO WE WANT A TEXT FILE FOR THAT ANALOG SIGNAL...

YOUR HELP WILL BE REALLY APPRECIABLE

No reason for yelling (all caps).

 

What are you writing your software in?  Exactly what hardware (PXI cards) are you using?  How quickly are you sampling?  Does the file have to be a text file or could you use TDMS (there is a free add-on for Excel to open TDMS files)?

I am using NI-PXI-e1062Q with FPGA RIO0;PXI-7831R. My labview version is also very old (labview8.8).

Then my real problem is I have to fetch a continues volotage signal and store its value in any form.(as you said, TDMS  format i s also possible)
