My Real-Time application requires the use of a FLIR Grasshopper3 USB 3.0 camera. I tried attaching it to all the available USB ports on my PXIe-8135, but my camera failed to show up in NI-MAX for every port.
I know this isn't a problem with my code because I tried plugging in a Dell mouse, and that was detected almost immediately by the PXIe.
I checked, and USB Support version 1.6 is installed on the PXIe. I also have NI-IMAQ 17.0, NI-IMAQdx 17.0, and NI-IMAQ I/O 17.0 installed. I am using LabVIEW 2017. My camera functions fine when accessed through my desktop, it's only the PXIe that rejects it. I also tested a Logitech webcam, which it did not detect either.
