Error ocurred in MIG hardware

HI

I am running a LabVIEW application from many time ago without any problem, but this night the function generator at our PXI has started to fail. 

Checking with the MAX, the following error appears when I try to do sef-test:

The self test failed.
Status Code: -239022
Internal Hardware Error occurred in MIG hardware. Please contact National Instruments Support.

Model of Fgenerator: PXI-5412

LabVIEW version: 2015

You should open a service request and note that your hardware needs repair (RMA).

Did you manage to find the root cause and solution? I am having the same issue
