That entirely depends on the cards you put into the PXI system. What are you trying to measure? How many channels do you need?

In Power system Lab voltages are measured upto 22KV ,is it possible to measure the same using a PXi?? if yes, can you please let me know the Pxi & cards that can be used to measure the same
