Hello,
I have an older PXI chassis with a PXI 8210 SCSI/ LAN card. I'm in the process of reformatting it, but XP does not have any drivers for the LAN card.
I've searched the internet up and down for a driver, and all I'm finding are sketchy driver sites and nothing useful.
Does anyone have or know of a LAN driver that will work with this hardware?
Thanks
Oh, and If there is a way to get the SMC 9000 built in LAN working on the 8156B controller that would be an acceptable solution as well. I just want networking on my PXI. only XP doesn't support ISA devices, so that's kind of out.

Hi,
The SCSI port of the PXI-8210 is natively supported in both Windows XP and Windows 2000, however the Ethernet port will not work in Windows XP. If you want to use the Ethernet port on your PXI 8210 card, I advice your to install either Windows NT or Windows 2000 on your 8156 controller. Refer to the following articles for more information:
