Configuring NI PXIe-8100 as client

I already use a Server PC with LabVIEW. I want to use a NI PXIe-8100 controller for controlling 12 diffrent PXI modules in a NI PXI-6509 Chassis. I want to use my Server PC as a Server and the controller as a client. The Server PC contains a monitor and keyboard. The client shall only control the PXImodules. Is this possible or not?
