Can we use Pxie-6570 generate continuous wave(digital pattern?) as input and using Pxie-4145 to measure output voltage at the same time? Thanks

Noted: Keep the wave always until finished output voltage test.

Hello cai001,

As PXIe-4145 is Source Measurement Unit ie. SMU is not designed for signal acquisition. Therefore it is not the proper way of using this device. Basically, SMU is to slow for this task: its sample rate is very low. So I suggest you use scope, digitizer or other DIO device.
I can help you to choose a more proper acquisition device for your tasks. For that could you please give me more detailed information/requirements related to your project.
