Can't delete PXI-5105 from devices and interfaces

I moved my PXI-5105 to a new slot and it shows up but the old slot installation also shows up and I can't delete it. I removed the 5105 and tried to delete them both without it installed and can't. Any advice? Everything works but it is annoying to have this show up with the big "x" on it.

I right click on the device in the configuration tree and select delete but nothing happens. I have restarted my machine and there is no change. It's MAX version 4.6.2f1 on Windows XP and LabVIEW 2009.

Hi Kph,

A likely culprit might be a Measurement and Automation Explorer database corruption, you can wipe this data base and start with a new one using the the steps in the following KB:

How Do I Clean Corrupted MAX Database and Start With a New One?

Let us know if you encounter any issues.

Thanks
