9361 in 9145 with a ethercat error

Hi，I have use a c module 9361in a  cRIO chassis 9145，which connect to PXI system through EtherCAT.

I want to use scan mode with 9361 for pulse counter, but it says the EtherCat version is not compatible with the module. I  am using LabVIEW 2019 and Ethercat version 19, is it works if I change the Ethercat driver?
