Ethernet over USB driver?

I am trying to built a minimal system so I can use my laptop for something else while playing with the eval kit.

I have built a test app and sbRIO image to control our 1970'ies spectrometer just using a startup app on the 9637 eval kit. and a small program on a tiny desktop (e.g. this one .). To keep it simple, I only want to install the essentials. The installer includes the LabVIEW run time and system configuration run time.

Everything works fine from the development laptop. What's missing is the driver for ethernet over usb for windows.

Can this be downloaded from somewhere seperately or do I need to install the full NI-RIO, MAX, or similar? Unfortunately, this tiny computer only has wifi and usb, else I could use a plain ethernet cable.
