Hello,
I know that Ultiboard is able to import DXF files.
But my customer needs to import a contour for his PCB. So the shape should not be edgy.
He is using Pro Engineer and maybe could also use a different file format, but he prefers DXF.
Thanks a lot for you quick replies in advacne 😉
Greetings from Austria

Hi Bernhard,
To import a board contour into Ultiboard, the DXF import could be used as well. Simply map the imported DXF shape to the board outline layer.
Thank you,
Mahmoud

Hi Mahmoud,
thanks a lot for your quick reply. The problem is that I do not know who to do it and also the customer does not.
Could you please send me a few instructions or screenshots how to do it?
This would be really great.
Thanks
