Many thanks to everyone who joined us at the North West LabVIEW User Group at the University of Manchester, last Wednesday.
We are hoping to hold our next event on 4 May 2016, at Liverpool University.
Please put forward any ideas you may have for the presentations and/or any offers to present.
Regards
Kara

I have a few things that people might be interested in
1. Etherent communications with LabVIEW
2. Image processing with LabView
3. Linking labview with an SQL database
4. Using DLLs with LabView
If anyone is interested in any of these topics I would be happy to discuss.
Regards
Simon

I'd definitely be interested in 1, 3, and 4, Simon. 3 in particular - anything to do with saving files (formats, pros & cons, examples) too would be useful. Cloud storage too.
Hopefully I'll make it to the next one.
Best,
Phil

I'm sure this is beyond the remit of the user group, but if there's space I'd like to hear about how Metis got started - what prompted the formation of the business, the challenges faced, how they got their first clients, and which tools in LabVIEW are worth knowing about. Basically, a short how-to in starting up a consultancy.

Well, I've got a solution to the coding challenge!

Hi Simon,
Thanks for the offer, how about we go for LabVIEW + Databases for this group.
Thanks,
Martin
