Project Overview:

This is the leading government hospital problem as we came to know the news of death occured in the government hospital due to lack of infrastructure at thirupathi. With the help of NI, we would like to proceed with this project. As this project can be done only by the with the help of LabVIEW as no other software can solve the problem except LABVIEW.

Objective:

            The major objective of our project is to Automate , Economize and Centralize the hemodynamic monitoring system to induce in the government hospital by making it inexpensive to real time use. By this innovation concept the life can be saved and death rate can be reduced .

Present problem and system:

1)      At current situation the hemodynamic monitoring present in private hospital cost up to 5 lakhs so it will be provided only by the private hospital rather than government hospital as they cant cope up with the cost .

2)      Due to manual supervision and at night time when nurse or doctor is not near by if any abnormal rate occurs for the patient it may lead him to death and also due to lack of skilled nurse in government hospital

3)        When the doctors are at leave or when any suggestion from foreign doctors is necessary it is impossible to view the present patients conditions since he is not near by so it may cause critical situation for the patient

Proposed Innovation:

1st Innovation:

            The same system can be made economized by making it as an executable file and  connecting all the executable file to a single server .The beauty in LabVIEW is making the .exe file In ease so that the patients monitoring display can be made as an .exe file and that file will be present at the corresponding patients near by on the monitor( not on the separate system).

2nd Innovation:

            The proposed system tends to automate the bp , ecg , pulse , temp , spirometer .As this spirometer can be made automated when the patient conditions less breathing rate it will detect and pump extra oxygen to the patient, with out the help of the nurse

3rd Innovation:

            The proposed system can be made centralized by using data socket manager to connect with LAN and can be monitored from the server the patients condition. And also with the help of web UI builder from NI it will be useful to display the patients condition all over the world so suggestion from doctors can be given at time .

Program:

            The programming part is done for all and the simulation program is also done and send to you for your reference and also the images of the screen shots are sended along with vi part.As we also enclosed video of real time working of EKG with our batch .

Introducing these three innovations in the NIYANTRA project which will be useful all over the world to ensure and adopt this technique for save human life with the help of LabVIEW.As it can be done only by the LabVIEW .
