Arabic Presentation Form B

Hi guys,

I'm currently using LabView 8 with Kubuntu System. I've created a simple VI just to read my text files that were written in Arabic.

I've localized my system to Arabic language and am able to write proper arabic language (Arabic Presentation Form B ) in the text editor. Fonts chosen were arabic newspaper or arabic clearlyu.

However when reading in LV, the string shows standard Arabic letters (not joined) instead of the Arabic Presentation Form B.

Any Idea to allow it to show the language in Arabic Presentation Form B?

i've tried the 'UseUnicode=True' line in the LabView.ini file , and it didn't work.
