Hey! We have a discussion forum for VirtualBench that is monitored by application engineers and R&D; they are also very quick at responding. I recommend you post your question there.
When you do post, I'd also recommend adding information about which firmware you are using (in the Windows application go to File >> About). Also, what iPad hardware version is it and what iOS are you running? That information will assist the team when responding.

This has been fixed in VirtualBench 1.2 for iOS ( https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/virtualbench/id896797834 ).
The 1.0 and 1.1 versions of the app could not connect to a VirtualBench device with firmware version 1.0.0 because that firmware did not have the FFT math operation.
