VeriSTAND Deployment Stage Bottleneck...

Solved!
Go to solution

After hitting [F6] on the keyboard, VeriSTAND begins the model deployment tasks. However, I keep noticing that it gets stuck at a point in the process. Using the web console for the particular machine, I see the it seems to get stuck at the state "Waiting for models loops to shut down...". The only remedy for this so far is the restart the machine using NI MAX.

What could be the cause of this? Is there a better remedy from within VeriSTAND?

Notes:

Deployment Target Machine: NI PXI-e 1085 running PharLap RT OS

Development Machine: Dell PC Laptop running Windows 7 OS

Software: VeriSTAND and LabVIEW 2015

This basically sais, that model loop is hanging. F.e. inside you model is some infinite loop...

How is that possible? The model at that point has not even starting running yet. Anyways, I remedied the problem by simply reinstalling the VeriSTAND Engine onto the PXI-e 1085. Never saw it again.
