Password Protection

I have my Veristand (2017) Project with Admin and Operator Password. Operator must not be able to open and edit the project. I have revoked all the permission for the operator. This works fine when I open it from the NI Veristand Getting Started Window.

But when the Veristand Software is not open, and I double click on the Veristand project, Windows automatically detects the Software as veristand, Run the Veristand, and Veristand Ask the Password. At this point if I enter the Operator Password, the Project opens ! I can edit the Project, modify the SDF and save it back with an operator password ! 

Is there any way to restrict this ?
