Custom Device Decimation

I used the Inline Async Wizzard to build a custom device. Does anyone know how I can add the ability to set the decimation of the primary control loop.  I only want my custom device to look at data on every other iteration of my PLC

I agree, I am just not sure how to use that VI. or where is needs to run
