Compiling Error with Simulink model for Veristand

Hello, I am currently using Veristand 2020R3 with Matlab 2017b. I am trying to build this test model of a triangle wave generator and an output node. However, I keep getting this error message:

  • VeriStand: The build procedure failed to compile the model: untitled. This might be the result of a failed linking or compile operation of the binary file. For more information, refer to the error message generated in the MATLAB Command Window. If MATLAB reports error LNK1123, make sure to apply all service packs and updates for your version of Microsoft Visual Studio or Windows SDK. For more information about this error, refer to Microsoft article KB2757355.

I've set up the Solver and code generator correctly and I've followed the steps posted here: https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000YI5RCAW&l=de-DE and https://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/372846M-01/veristand/convert_model_to_dll/ and https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000000P6D7SAK&l=de-DE and https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000000P7qoSAC&l=de-DE and https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000000P7qtSAC&l=de-DE

I'm not quite sure what to do now at this point to solve the problem. I've tried installing and uninstalling as well. (Also, when I don't use the triangle generator, I am able to compile the model).

Thank you for your time!
